Accepted papers may be considered for publication as book chapters in a volume submitted for Scopus indexing, subject to the publisher’s terms and conditions. Authors who opt for this publication will be required to pay an additional publication fee of $400.
Abstracts of all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings book in both Arabic and English (free of charge).
The conference registration fee does not include the Scopus publication fees.
Submission Guidelines and Criteria for Research Papers
1. Submitted research paper must address one or more of the conference’s main themes.
2. Submitted research papers will undergo a peer-review process by the conference scientific committee.
3. Submissions must demonstrate originality and make a current and relevant scholarly contribution.
4. Submissions must follow an appropriate and rigorous research methodology.
5. Submissions must not have been previously published or considered for publication in any conference or journal.
6. The first page of the paper must include: the conference name, the organizing institution, the full title of the paper, the full name of the researcher, their academic degree, affiliation and address, email address, and ORCID (if available).
7. The number of participants in the same research paper must not exceed three (3).
8. Participants may submit more than one research paper within the conference themes, provided that separate registration fees are paid according to the applicable category (inside or outside Jordan).
9. Submissions are accepted in both Arabic and English.
10. Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word or LaTeX; Arabic text should be set in SimplifiedArabic, while English texts should be set in Times New Roman.
11. Manuscripts must not exceed 25 pages, including references and appendices, formatted as follows: Title: 14pt, bold. Subheadings: 12pt, bold. Main text: 12pt, regular. References and in-text citations must follow APA 7th edition guidelines.
12. The Scientific Committee reserves the right not to provide justification for the rejection of submitted papers.
Registration and Fees
- Participation fees from outside Jordan may be paid in USD or the equivalent in Jordanian Dinars.
- Fees include (conference participation, conference kit, conference materials /publications, and lunch meals).
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation fees.
- An additional 400 $ applies for those wishing to publish their papers as a Scopus-indexed Book Chapter.
