Submission Guidelines and Criteria for Research Papers

1. Submitted research paper must address the conference main themes.

2. Submitted research papers will undergo a peer-review process by the conference scientific committee.

3. Submissions must consider authenticity and up-to-date scholarly contribution.

4. Submissions must follow the scientific research methodology.

5. Submissions must not have been previously published or considered for publication in any conference or journal.

6. The first page of the paper must include: the conference name, the organizing institution, the full title of the paper, the full name of the researcher, their academic degree, affiliation and address, email address, and ORCID (if available).

7. The number of participants in the same research paper must not exceed three (3).

8. Participants may submit more than one research paper within the conference themes, provided that separate registration fees are paid according to the applicable category (inside or outside Jordan).

9. Submissions are accepted in both Arabic and English.

10. Manuscripts must be written using latex or Microsoft Word, Arabic text written in Simplified Arabic and English texts written in Times New Roman.

11. Manuscripts must not exceed 25 pages, including references and appendices, formatted as follows:  Title: 14pt, bold.  Subheadings: 12pt, bold.  Main text: 12pt, regular.  References must be formatted according to APA 7th edition style.  In text citation must follow the American Psychological Association (APA), 7TH edition guidelines.

12. The scientific committee reserves the right not to provide justification for the rejection of submitted papers.

Registration and Fees

- Participation fees from outside Jordan may be paid in USD or the equivalent in Jordanian Dinars.

- Fees include (conference participation, conference kit, conference materials /publications, and lunch meals).

- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation fees.

- An additional 400 $ applies for those wishing to publish their papers as a Scopus-indexed Book Chapter.
